After working in the corporate and non-profit sectors for over a decade with PeopleSoft, eBenefits, and then CompassPoint Nonprofit Services, Ken pulled together the best aspects of each along with his passion for the environment to start iReuse in 2004. Ken is committed to providing innovative, environmentally-friendly solutions that outperform the status quo. As a result of his efforts, iReuse received the 2006 Green Entrepreneur of the year award presented by Assemblyman Joe Nation, the 2007 Environmental Enterprise Award presented by Acterra, the 2007 Business of the Year Award presented by the Marin Conservation League, and the 2007 Environmental Leadership Award presented by the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce, in addition to being selected as a 2007 Going Green 100 Top Private Companies.Ken regularly speaks on the topics of Corporate Sustainability, Building a Green Company, Waste Reduction, and Saving Green by Being Green. Ken is a member of the Marin County Sustainability Task Force, the Sausalito Sustainability Commission, the Board of Directors for MarinLink, and the Marin County Zero Waste Commission, and is involved in local community green initiatives.
Scott Finnell, Partner

Scott Finnell has created value for iReuse customers since 2008, working on an array of projects including corporate strategy, carbon footprint accounting, resource efficiency, and employee engagement. He became a partner at iReuse in 2011. He began his sustainability practice in 2006 with Act Now (later Saatchi & Saatchi S) as the Program Director for Wal-Mart’s Personal Sustainability Project. His work for Wal-Mart won an Effie Award for eco-conscious advertising in 2007 and the project was featured in the New York Times, Mother Jones, and Fast Company magazine. Prior to consulting, Scott worked as an educator and whitewater rafting guide.
